How to disable them?

You can disable the hierarchy links and the IK information in the Bongo Document Options.

To change Bongo document settings run the command Options and switch to Bongo on the Document Properties.

Under Inverse Kinematics, uncheck the box saying Display IK information in viewport.

Under Object Pivots, uncheck the box saying Display hierarchy links and Display constraint heading.
