You’ll find the Bongo System Reporter by going to: C:\Program Files\Bongo 2.0
If you have a 64-bit machine and use 32-bit Bongo 2.0 then you’ll find it by going to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Bongo 2.0
Right-click on the Bongo System Reporter file (BongoSystemReport.exe) and choose Run as administrator.
Save the file and send it to McNeel’s technical support.
Bongo 1
On an old 32-bit machine, you’ll find the Bongo System Reporter by going to: C:\Program Files\Bongo 1.0
If you have a 64-bit machine then you’ll find it by going to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Bongo 1.0
Right-click on the Bongo System Reporter file (BongoSystemReport.exe) and choose Run as administrator.
Save the file and send it to McNeel’s technical support.
