How to create a Bongo System Report file?

Bongo 1.0

On a 32-bit Windows machine you'll get it by going to:

C:\Program Files\Bongo 1.0

 

If you have a 64-bit machine then you'll get it by going to:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Bongo 1.0

 

Right-click on the Bongo System Reporter file (BongoSystemReport.exe) and choose Run as administrator.

Save the file and send it to McNeel's technical support.

 

Bongo 2

Go to the Windows Start menu > All Programs > Bongo. Right click on the Bongo System Reporter and choose Run as administrator.

 

Save the file and send it to McNeel's technical support.

 

For Windows 8 users: 

Right-click the Start button in the left corner and from the list choose File Explorer.

 

On a 32-bit machine you'll get it by going to:

C:\Program Files\Bongo 2.0

 

If you have a 64-bit machine and use 32-bit Bongo 2.0 then you'll get it by going to:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Bongo 2.0

 

If you have a 64-bit machine and use 64-bit Bongo 2.0 the you'll get it by going to:

C:\Program Files\Bongo 2.0
